In the current international situation, our goal is to provide customers with higher quality products and service. Meanwhile, it is also necessary to promote the sustainable development of the industry.
 
In order to improve company’s management and adapt to the increasingly fierce competitive environment, we established a group for the lean management change after one month’s preparation. We successfully held launch meeting of this lean management project in the factory.
 
The project built 9 model areas of lean management and changes the whole level through the change of points. Great changes after the improvement made the personnel involved in this activity full of confidence. The dramatic changes can be used as an example for other production procedures. 
 
The process of lean management transformation is difficult. This is an excellent exercise for learning and growing up.
